Hawk and Toads 22-23
Hawk and Toads are selected different ways. The selection process occurs approximately every 4 1/2 to 5 weeks.
Hawk and Toad 1 - if all work is completed, currently have an A in Skyward, send an email to larryk with subject : Games <name>. Start playing, you don't need to ask. Failure to send the email will result in losing this privilege for 10 days.
Toad 2 - Toad 2 is NOT exempt.
Hawk
Requirements
Introduce yourself to the substitute, they will expect it because it will be in my plans for the sub.
Privileges
May leave 90 seconds early.
Has choice of chairs and workstation.
Workstation has dual monitors.
Exempt from the Game Policy if certain conditions are met.
May eat and drink at their workstation.
May select a nester to sit with him/her.Some but not all behaviors that could result in a clipping -
Academic Honesty violation.
Playing games without following the procedure.
Leaving earlier than 90 seconds.Nester
Assumes the job if the Hawk is absent.
The nester can be removed at any time by the Hawk. Once removed, the nester can not return.
Toad 1
Privileges
Exempt from the Game Policy if certain conditions are met.
May leave 60 seconds early.
May eat and drink at their workstation.
May select a hop-along to sit with him/her.
May replace the hop-along at any time but once removed the hop-along can not return.
Some but not all behaviors that could result in a squashing -
Academic Honesty violation.
Playing games without following the procedure.
Leaving earlier than 60 seconds.Toad 1 Hop-along
Will assume the job of Toad 1 if Toad 1 is absent but NOT the privileges.
Toad 2
Privileges
May leave 30 seconds early.
May eat and drink at their workstation.
May select a hop-along to sit with him/her.
May replace the hop-along at any time but once removed the hop-along can not return.
Some but not all behaviors that could result in a squashing -
Academic Honesty violation.
Playing games
Leaving earlier than 30 seconds.Toad 2 Hop-along
Will assume the responsibilities (not privileges) of Toad 2 if Toad 2 is absent but not the priviliges.
