Reminder: The first Information Meeting for Cyberpatriot is this Friday the 20th after school in Mr. Kedigh's class. It will be from 3:00 - 3:30.

Here is who all the students from Brentwood who have completed the application and paid the fee.

Just in from Matt:

Larry,

I'm afraid the amount of time we've seen it take ACT to send scores and have them processed, we will need us to move this dual enrollment course to the Spring term (January).  With several other counselors also just now letting us know sending ACT scores isn’t an option, this will more than likely be the case for several of our Williamson County classes.

Also, I failed to mention that for INFS 2600 students also have sub-score requirements they must meet in ENGL (18), Math (19) and Reading(19).  This is only one of two of our CTE classes that has this new requirement that we are required to enforce this academic year.  My apologies for not mentioning this sooner.  That is additional reasoning to move the class to the spring to allow more students to present tests scores, as well as potentially improve test scores.

We will be able to forward all students applications and transcripts to the Spring term.  Let me know if you have questions about any of this.  I apologize for the abrupt change in plans, but ultimately I think it is necessary in order to provide the most students the opportunity to participate.
