Seniors may begin turning in their textbooks, Chromebooks and power cords in the library computer lab on Wednesday, May 11. (Students should enter through the science hallway.) The Chromebook and charger must be returned together. Chromebooks will be inspected for cracked cases, broken screens, and missing keys. In the case of loss or damage, the following charges may be incurred: Note: Returning underclassmen will keep their Chromebooks and power cords, and may begin returning their textbooks on Wednesday, May 18.

BHS AP Testing Tidbits • Testing will be at Otter Creek Church at 409 Franklin Road, Brentwood TN (1 mile from high school). See map attached regarding parking-PLEASE DO NOT PARK on Meadow Lake Dr. -You will be towed by Brentwood police! • Students must be presented by 7:30( morning test) and 11:30 (afternoon test) • What to bring- #2 pencils, pens (Blue or Black only), calculator (see specific Calculators below) in a clear gallon Ziploc. Pencils pouches or any container that is not clear are not allowed. • Dress appropriately • No hats or hoods in the testing room. • Students cannot use their coat or hoodies as a pillow or blanket. Hoodies must be used correctly on the body or on the back of the chair. • All personal belonging will be placed in the back of room. • Students CANNOT have cellphones, smart watches or devices that link to the outside world. Do not bring into church-leave them at home or in the car. Any of these devices will be removed from the testing room. • Collegeboard AP does not allow students to return to their belongings during break. • Students will be allowed to have snacks during break, PTSO will provide limited snacks. For students who have approved dietary restriction please check in snacks. • Students will be allowed to have water in a CLEAR container with NO writings of any kind…. please remove the labels. All containers will be inspected by proctors. • There are limited bathrooms at the church as student must use bathroom one at a time, patience will be needed. • Students will be excused from school for the day they are taking each of their AP exams. • We encourage you to not schedule any appointments during AP testing as exams may run longer for various reasons. However, each AP exam normally take 3-4 hours depending on the exam. Students with accommodations will take longer to test. Regarding AP Exams • Each exam will be proctored and timed accordingly. • All exams will start on time and students arriving late will not be allowed to test (see attached AP Exam schedule) • Students will be assigned a seating charts-Siblings cannot seat together. • Extra paper or Scratch paper is only allowed for AP Chinese exams. • Students can not leave testing room before the end of the exam for any reasons. • No items can be under their seat except keys and their AP labels that will be given by proctor. • Students must remain quiet until exam are counted and they are dismissed. Calculators • Calculators are allowed only on Biology, Calculus (AB/BC), Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Physics 1&2, Physics C and Statistics • If a student in the following courses above does not use a calculator, student will be required to complete ad sign Calculator Release Statement • Students may bring up to 2 permitted calculators to exam.
